The first step to change and progress is observation. In our first 90-minute session, we will use the 8 Barometers of Assessment to determine both Prakruti (natural state) and Vikruti (imbalanced state) of the individual.
This is a three-month program to see real changes and work towards untying the deep seated knots of poor habit patterns that have caused the current state of imbalance.
